Essential Skills

Professional experience (5+ years) in Business Analyst roles;
Strong command of SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HRIS system;
Solid knowledge of HRIS integrations, workflows, and organizational structure;
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
