Role Overview:
As a Content Reviewer, you will review user-generated content—including text, images, videos, and other media—to ensure it complies with community guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations. Your role will be essential in making fair, accurate, and consistent moderation decisions that help create a secure and welcoming online space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Apply moderation guidelines consistently while making objective and impartial decisions.
- Help foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful online experience for all users.
- Follow established moderation procedures and stay informed about policy updates and platform changes.
- Identify sensitive or complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing large volumes of content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and strengthen platform safety.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
- Stay current with industry developments, digital trust and safety practices, and evolving content moderation standards.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
