Service Management Officer (Junior)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Monitor service quality, stability, and performance in production environments;
- Coordinate incident management and resolution, including Major Incidents;
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, support teams, and business stakeholders;
- Track support tickets and backlog, contributing to prioritization and continuous service improvement.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or similar support/service environments;
- Previous experience in incident management and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools;
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management processes;
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) will be valued;
- Ability to work with service monitoring, ticket management, and performance reporting (QoS/KPIs);
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Intermediate level of English.
