Payroll Specialist

Integrated into the Human Capital Department, the professional to be hired will have the following main responsibilities: payroll processing, reporting and tax submission, and employee onboarding and follow-up.
Your Responsibilities
- Control of hiring, terminations, and contract management for new employees;
- Reception and integration of employees;
- Payroll processing;
- Management of attendance, vacations, overtime, among others;
- In-person / remote employee support;
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar;
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in Payroll;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Meta4/Primavera (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Workday (preferred);
- Interpersonal skills and empathy;
- Attention to detail, precision, and methodical approach.
