Essential Skills

Professional experience (5+ years) in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead roles;
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitation of ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and impediment removal;
Experience with Azure DevOps, managing delivery planning, backlog, releases and reports.
Good knowledge of Data Engineering, integrations, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Professional English.
