Responsibilities

Define data mappings and migration rules (SuccessFactors → UKG → Payroll)
Support data extraction and cleansing activities
Validate employee and payroll-related data
Lead data reconciliation activities
Ensure data quality and challenge inconsistencies
Collaborate with Business Analysts to align data with business processes

Essential Skills

5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Strong experience with data migration and data analysis
Knowledge of HR data models
Experience with Excel and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to challenge vendor outputs and ensure data quality
Fluent English (mandatory)
