As our new Product Manager for the Professional Range, you will be the technical heart of our specialized projects. Your mission is to provide high-level technical expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensuring that our professional cleaning solutions are perfectly integrated into large-scale projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering precision and commercial excellence.

As the Product Manager for the Professional Segment, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for your assigned product portfolio. You will drive category growth through market analysis, portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, product launches, and the implementation of effective go-to-market plans. Acting as a fundamental link between local and international teams, you will ensure that global strategies are successfully adapted to local market needs while promoting profitable growth and achieving business objectives.


Your tasks

  • Define and implement the category strategy and growth plans for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competition, pricing, and product performance to identify portfolio opportunities and gaps.
  • Develop and execute the marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) for the assigned categories.
  • Ensure the right product range and positioning for the local market and target customer groups.
  • Manage pricing strategies and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and implement the marketing mix of the assigned products across reference channels and target groups.
  • Prepare budgets and sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Monitor product performance, sales results, and profitability, proposing corrective measures and growth initiatives whenever necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between local teams and international product management for the assigned categories.

Your qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration Experience: Desirable to have more than 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. Proven experience in Product Management, Category Management, Project Management, or Consulting within industrial or professional (B2B) environments Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level) is mandatory for fluid, daily communication with the headquarters in Germany Technical & Financial Skills: Strong ability to analyze commercial data, pricing strategies, and financial margin control, combined with a good understanding of technical product specifications
