Descrição da Função
"ROLE: Identify, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets. Onboard and engage partners in campaigns, ensuring continuous involvement. Negotiate business terms, promotional campaigns, and performance rewards. Plan and execute sales-driven initiatives and reactivate inactive partners. Monitor performance, identify upselling, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of marketing management experience. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to prioritize tasks. Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other tools is a bonus.
