This is your chance! The Accenture Recruitment team is looking for a new intern to join their team.

As an intern within the Accenture Recruitment team, you will be directly involved in all recruitment activities of our department: manage candidates and their experience, employer branding and campus events.

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst within Accenture's Recruitment team, you will play an active role in attracting and hiring early-career talent across Portugal. You will support end-to-end recruitment processes while helping strengthen Accenture's presence within universities and academic communities.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internship and entry-level positions.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines through recruitment systems.

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Build relationships with universities and student organizations to attract early-career talent.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops and campus events.
• Represent Accenture on campus and support employer branding initiatives.

Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvements in candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related areas;
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources or related areas.
• Experience conducting interviews and managing recruitment activities.
• Strong interest in Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding and Talent Attraction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are solution oriented and keen to learn new methodologies, processes and technologies;
• You’re fluent in English and Portuguese.
