What we're looking for:
We are looking for a talented and driven Operations and Facilities Management Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to continuous improvement and excellence of our processes.
How you will contribute:

Provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Senior Manager and Plant Manager.

Support new production projects for equipment infrastructure installation and qualification.

Support production operations, ensuring alignment between production needs, planning, and site capabilities.

Collaborate closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to support production scheduling, capacity alignment, and operational readiness.

Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely execution of activities that support production continuity and efficiency.

Support day-to-day management of the building, infrastructure and site services.

Follow up on actions with internal teams and external providers, ensuring deadlines and operational priorities are met.

Ensure the ongoing operational readiness, safety, and functionality of facilities and infrastructure.

Manage the site office utilities, non-production related equipment and furniture, ensuring adequate availability, proper use, and cost control.

Participate in the definition of the annual budget for building and infrastructure.

Monitor and control related expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

Ensure all activities and carried out in compliance with H&S requirements, internal procedures and applicable legislation.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant field);

Relevant experience in an industrial environment;

Fluent in English, spoken and written is preferable;

Good IT computer skills (specially Excel);
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Strong organizational and time management skills;
-
Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented;
