The Opportunity
The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth within the Portuguese financial services market.
This role is focused on building and closing strategic opportunities with banks, insurers, and other regulated institutions. Success will require navigating complex organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, and developing trusted relationships with decision-makers across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Executive teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through contract signature.
- Develop and execute account strategies for key financial institutions.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Navigate complex procurement and enterprise buying processes.
- Identify and develop champions within target accounts.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to ensure customer needs are effectively represented.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
- Strong track record selling into banks, insurance companies, or financial services organizations.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across large enterprises.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
- Existing network within Portuguese banking or insurance markets.
- Experience selling SaaS, compliance, risk, regulatory, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience working with fintechs, regtechs, or enterprise software providers.
- Previous experience helping build a market or region from an early stage.
