About this vacancy
TMC Portugal is looking for a Business Manager to support the development of its consulting activities in Lisbon and Porto region. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and team growth within an international engineering consultancy environment.
What we expect from you
• Support recruitment and hiring of consultants to grow your activity • Develop new business opportunities and identify client needs • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients • Act as a key interface between clients and consultants • Ensure operational follow-up of assignments (performance, retention, satisfaction) • Contribute to account development and business growth • Support commercial follow-ups and internal coordination
