Mission: Support the Housekeeping Manager in all administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the hotel’s quality standards, while coordinating teams, resources, and interdepartmental communication to deliver an excellent guest experience
What will you have to do?
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adequate coverage and quality standards across all cleaning sections
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and support the performance and training of housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned, prepared, and inspected according to established procedures
- Monitor linen, uniform, and supply control, ensuring proper handling and adequate stock levels
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations regarding room status, special requests, and VIP guests
- Support the Housekeeping Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and daily operational follow‑up
What are we looking for?
- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in Housekeeping or Rooms Division, preferably in a supervisory role
- Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands‑on operational approach
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
