Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution;
- Support and Maintenance of Applications;
- Incident Prevention;
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to support a wide range of information systems and applications;
- Daily ticket analysis and resolution, including root cause analysis and problem creation.
- Experience in Java to support and troubleshoot applications (non-development);
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Experience of working with ITSM systems (e.g. Service Now);
- Experience in supporting Digital Channels and Marketplace applications, developed in the context of micro-sites and distributed architecture by APIs/Micro-Services;
- Experience of working with APM (e.g. Dynatrace) preferred;
- Experience from the user's point of view consulting logs in Kibana preferred;
- Availability to provide out-of-hours support (standby).
