CRM Retention Team Lead

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region and are now taking their success worldwide.

We are currently looking for a CRM Team Lead to join our Retention team.

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

— Plan and launch CRM campaigns based on infopoints (promotions, events, special offers), managing the full lifecycle from segmentation to optimization
— Lead the CRM team (3 people): task distribution, KPI setting, 1-1 meetings, and team development
— Prepare briefs for designers and copywriters and coordinate with cross-functional teams
— Control campaign launches and quality across multiple channels (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
— Work with segmentation, analyze performance, monitor retention metrics (including churn), and prepare reports
— Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM activities
— Participate in bonus and promotional mechanics from the CRM side
— Contribute to Telegram channel development with the content team

Your qualifications:

— 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming
— 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role
— Experience with omnichannel CRM communications (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
— Strong understanding of retention metrics (Retention, Churn Rate, engagement, LTV)
— Hands-on experience with segmentation and campaign setup
— Basic analytical skills: ability to work with data and evaluate campaign performance
— Experience working with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams
— Strong organizational and prioritization skills
— Proactive approach and ownership mindset


Nice to have:

— Experience working with Tier 2–3 GEOs is a plus

— Familiarity with Figma, and Miro
