Junior Service Development Manager
GROHE
Remoto
LIXIL is home to some of the world’s most recognised brands, including GROHE, INAX, American Standard and TOSTEM. Our products improve the lives of more than a billion people every day, and we’re committed to shaping the future of living through innovation, technology and design.
We are now looking for a junior Service Development Manager to join our Customer Service Europe team in Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects across Europe.
A Great Opportunity for Early‑Career Talent
This role is ideal for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in aftersales, business development, service operations, marketing, IT, or a related field. You’ll join a small, supportive team where you’ll be trusted with real responsibility, exposed to international ways of working and encouraged to develop your skills quickly.
The work is varied and dynamic, and you'll be part of a transformation journey in a global organisation.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support and lead elements of service projects across Europe, helping improve how LIXIL delivers aftersales service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and managing Europe‑wide service projects.
- Helping drive digitalisation by implementing new digital service solutions.
- Contributing to the development of new services and improved processes.
- Carrying out ad‑hoc analyses and supporting regional service units with daily business needs.
- Investigating business challenges, identifying root causes, and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborating with customer service teams across EMENA and working closely with internal departments.
You don’t need to be an expert yet — just motivated, curious and ready to learn.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone early in their career but eager to grow. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Around 1 year of experience in aftersales, business development, service operations, marketing, IT, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with tools like Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Excel.
- A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
- A degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Jira or Confluence is helpful but not essential — we’re happy for you to learn on the job.
Working Model
This is a hybrid role based in Albergaria‑a‑Velha, combining office and home‑based work. Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
What Success Looks Like
- Growing into the role and taking ownership of projects.
- Building strong relationships across the team and wider organisation.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Delivering high‑quality work that supports LIXIL’s service transformation.
