About The Role
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join a global technology company in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience, digital platforms, and helping businesses succeed through online solutions.
You will support small and medium-sized businesses by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and helping clients maximize the value of digital advertising solutions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and phone.
- Support clients with digital advertising solutions and online platforms.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer inquiries to improve client experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising campaigns and platform usage.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Proactively guide clients on how to improve their use of digital solutions.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Arabic language proficiency (C2 level) – written and spoken.
- English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
- Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Basic computer skills required (advanced technical skills are a plus).
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.
