We are recruiting for our Lisbon Office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 100 people. Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.
As a Senior Consultant (SC), you will have complete ownership of complex workstreams or several smaller workstreams and be supported by junior resources. You should be deemed as a subject matter expert (SME) both internally and by clients and you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams. Often supported by junior resources;
- Managing more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followed;
- Driving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions;
- Playing a role in advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact;
- Effectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholders;
- Taking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants.
- Planning and preparing documentation for own workstream;

We'd love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:
- Fluency in a European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian), in addition to English
- Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally within procurement and/or supply chain
- Experience (or an interest) in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects
- Proven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholders
- Deep analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions
- Strong grasp of detail and a 'hands-on' approach
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to confidently improve existing ways of working, recognize opportunities and identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients
