Your mission will be…


As Product Lifecycle Manager, you translate market needs into meaningful development decisions, champion product quality, and connect technical detail with customer experience. You’ll join a diverse, international community of creators and problem‑solvers who believe in building a better tomorrow
What You’ll Do...
  • Own the Lifecycle
    • Lead your charging product lines from introduction to phase‑out with clarity and purpose.
    • Shape the product roadmap: feature evolution, cost optimization, competitiveness, long‑term strategy.

  • Bring Market Insights to Life
    • Turn customer needs, market shifts, and competitor intelligence into actionable product decisions.
    • Identify opportunities to differentiate, innovate, and grow sustainably.

  • Drive Product Improvements
    • Initiate improvements that strengthen stability, safety, uptime, cybersecurity, and compliance.
    • Prioritize and maintain a transparent, structured improvement backlog for R&D and Product Care.

  • Partner with R&D
    • Build business cases for major product investments.
    • Lead requirements definition and align stakeholders across engineering, business, and customer teams.

  • Champion Quality & Customer Experience
    • Act as the voice of customers in quality reviews.
    • Support clear and accessible communication on updates, issues, and improvements across regions
    • Ensure product continued compliance with new regulations and changing standards

  • Enable Sales & Marketing
    • Co‑shape product messaging with Sales and Marketing.
    • Improve product documentation and training materials; deliver engaging product trainings.

  • Improve How We Work
    • Help refine PLM practices, tools, and collaboration—contributing to an inclusive, transparent, and empowered working culture.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, or Business/Innovation with strong technical affinity. Electrical Engineering is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product management role or adjacent function in technical or engineering-driven environments
  • Hands-on, analytical problem solver with strong stakeholder management skills and commercial/business mind-set
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally in diverse, international teams.
  • Understanding of product development processes and product financials.
  • A mindset that values curiosity, equity, transparency, and collaborative problem‑solving.
  • Experience in eMobility, power electronics, IoT, or industrial products is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with EV charging standards, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity.
