RSR Human Service Zone is Seeking a Direct Care Associate in Lisbon, North Dakota
RSR Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver exceptional human service programs to our community. As a Direct Care Associate, you will provide in-home care, transportation, shopping, and housekeeping duties to elderly and disabled citizens to support their continued ability to remain in their own homes and communities. This position will be based out of Ransom County but requires travel to surrounding areas.
To succeed in this position, you should have experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals, compassion, and be comfortable working independently. You will need to have strong communication skills, and be able to manage your time and priorities, while thoroughly documenting your activities. You will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community.
To Be Considered For This Role:
You must be able to travel independently; be 18 years of age or older; have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience providing direct care to special populations. Those holding a current CNA license are preferred.
This position requires daily travel and performing duties in private homes.
Working For RSR Human Service Zone:
