At PwC, joining our Internal Services AML team gives you the opportunity to contribute to the protection and integrity of our organisation by supporting key processes that ensure compliance with Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Sanctions requirements. The Role

Integrated into PwC’s Internal AML Services team, this professional will support activities related to AML/CFT & Sanctions compliance within PwC Portugal. You will be involved in operational and analytical tasks that contribute to the effectiveness of our internal control systems, helping ensure that PwC meets regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of internal AML/CFT & Sanctions procedures, including due diligence, monitoring and documentation activities;
  • Assist in the review and analysis of information to identify potential risks, inconsistencies or red flags;
  • Contribute to the preparation and organisation of internal reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure proper application of AML/CFT & Sanctions requirements across processes;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening internal controls and compliance practices.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, Finance, Criminology or similar areas;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Proficiency in English (certification is valued);
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Sense of responsibility, adaptability and willingness to learn;
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills.
