Responsabilidades

  • Realizar check-in e check-out
  • Atender hóspedes, chamadas e e-mails
  • Prestar informações sobre o hotel e a região
  • Gerir reservas e acompanhar pedidos
  • Registar pagamentos, controlar contas e caixa
  • Apoiar hóspedes durante a estadia, assegurando satisfação

Requisitos

  • Experiência em hotelaria (Receção)
  • Formação em Turismo/Hotelaria
  • Inglês obrigatório (outros idiomas valorizados)
  • Conhecimentos de Office e Opera (preferencial)
  • Disponibilidade horária flexível

Position Summary

Our associates do more than just ensure a simple and efficient check-in and check-out process. They are committed to creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests, offering a wide range of services that support guests throughout their entire stay.

Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out
  • Assist guests in person, by phone, and email
  • Provide information about the hotel and local area
  • Manage and follow up reservations
  • Handle payments, billing, and cash operations
  • Support guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality/front office
  • Background in Tourism/Hotel Management
  • Fluent English required (other languages are a plus)
  • Knowledge of Office tools and Opera PMS (preferred)
  • Flexible working hours
