Procurement Specialist

The role
As an integral part of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for identifying and challenging internal needs with stakeholders, leading RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), evaluating technical and financial proposals, and negotiating commercial terms (price, SLAs, deadlines, penalties). You will ensure contractual risk mitigation, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), prepare and review supplier contracts, manage critical suppliers and strategic relationships, analyze spend to identify savings opportunities, and provide data-driven support to strategic decisions. You will work closely with business units and leadership, acting as a strategic partner rather than just an operational supporter.
Your profile
- Solid experience in Procurement (ideally 3 to 6 years) with end-to-end process management;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Expertise in contract management and sourcing;
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reconciliations, and related tasks;
- Experience with Procurement or ERP tools;
- Strong technical acumen with a technology-driven approach;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset with structured thinking;
- Methodical profile with strong focus on control;
- Proactive, autonomous, and creative in problem solving and negotiation;
- Excellent communication skills (both internal and external);
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a business-facing approach.
