PwC is looking to strengthen its legal department with a Lawyer to provide legal support to the various companies that make up PwC Portugal, operating nationally and within PwC’s international network environment.

Joining PwC’s legal department as an in‑house lawyer means, among other things:

Technical Skills

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law, with valid registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience after admission to the Bar;
Areas of expertise: Civil Law, Labour Law and Public Procurement;
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Soft Skills

Dynamic and versatile, with a strong business and solution‑oriented mindset;
Proactive and resilient when facing legal challenges;
Comfortable working with different teams and across geographies;
Strong communication, coordination, time‑management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an in‑house lawyer in a corporate environment;
Solid knowledge of Labour Law and the Public Contracts Code (CCP), particularly its application in a business context;
Certifications or postgraduate studies in labour law and/or public procurement.
