Your Mission: As SHERPA X Training & Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in building the learning backbone of the program. You will design, scale, and continuously improve training experiences that empower employees worldwide to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will ensure that every user is equipped to succeed, from first onboarding to full adoption.
Your mission will be…
› Design scalable learning journeys, including onboarding programs and role-based training paths, ensuring a consistent global enablement framework
› Develop and maintain high-quality training content, aligned across multiple workstreams and continuously updated as the program evolves
› Create engaging learning assets (e-learning, presentations, videos, guides, digital content) tailored to diverse audiences and skill levels
› Facilitate onboarding and training sessions that accelerate adoption and ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams
› Partner with stakeholders across workstreams to translate business and process needs into clear learning requirements
› Contribute to building a scalable “training factory” model and sustainable learning governance for the program
› Measure training effectiveness through feedback and data, and continuously improve learning impact and user experience
› Support change enablement by ensuring clarity, understanding, and adoption of new processes and systems
What You Bring | We are looking for someone with…
› Solid experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Enablement in complex, international environments
› Strong ability to simplify complex topics into structured, engaging, and audience-centric learning experiences
› Experience in digital transformation projects – ERP, SAP, or large-scale IT/program environments (strong advantage)
› Hands-on expertise in designing digital learning formats
› Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and impact
› Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams and functions
› A structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset, comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
› Experience in large transformation or change programs is highly valued
› Familiarity with tools such as SAP Enable Now, LMS platforms, or similar digital learning ecosystems is a plus
› Fluent English (business proficient, written and spoken)
