Monthly Gross Salary Range: Min. 2,030.00€ - Max. 2,481.00€ (depending on experience)

What will your responsibilities be?

Project support: Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for (digital transformation projects.
Project management: Application of project management methods.
Problem solving: Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently.
Presentation and moderation: Of meetings and workshops at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures.
Active role in the company: Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development).

What requirements are we looking for?

Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar (mandatory).
Master degree in Business Management (it's a plus).
3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or similar area, with relevant digital transformation experience (mandatory).
Proven experience in process and data analysis for transformation project (mandatory).
Mastering Microsoft Office tools: PPT, Excel, Teams (PowerPlatform is a plus).
Know-how and experience using digital tools, frameworks and trends (BI, RPA, AI, Agile, BPMN...).
Structured, analytical and data driven mindset, including proactiveness, autonomy and hands-on approach.
Good competences in moderation and facilitation of workshops.
Clear and structured communication style, with strong presentation skills, including with client senior management.
Excellent intercultural and teamwork competence.
Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus).
Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe and North/South America), as well as enjoying the day-to-day consulting dynamics and new challenges.
