Corporate Sales Executive (M/F) – Porto

A prestigious hotel group is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive (M/F) to develop the corporate business for our portfolio of hotels in Portugal.

Location: Porto, Portugal

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment ;
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies;
  • Assist in managing and growing the client portfolio, building strong and long-term relationships
  • Monitor market and competition trends, sharing insights with the team;
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and sales visits;
  • Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to support commercial initiatives and maximise results;
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads, client requests, and reporting activities;
  • Follow up on client production, monitor performance, and identify any deviations vs. targets, proposing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales or commercial role (hotel experience is a plus).
  • Interest in the corporate business.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Results-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Team player with good organisational skills.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
