Executive Assistant (Hybrid) – Lisbon/Cascais Area Altamira Trade AG is looking for a proactive, reliable, and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. This is a part-time hybrid position offering the opportunity to work in an international business environment, supporting daily operations and helping ensure the smooth coordination of administrative and organizational activities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior management. Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders. Organize documents, records, and business correspondence. Support office administration and general operational tasks. Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments. Ensure timely follow-up of actions and priorities. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
