Must-Have
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on requirements elicitation and functional requirements management
- Solid knowledge of business analysis and process mapping
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity and autonomy in identifying and solving business and functional challenges
- Team-player mindset with strong collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to structured, stable, and process-driven environments
- Previous experience in digital or transformation projects (e.g., digital products, enterprise platforms)
- Academic background in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar (valued)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents
- Experience in structured delivery environments and mature organizations
- Strong critical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities
