Organizational Development & Change Consultant in DI IT

The AIDA – AI & Data Enablement team drives responsible, effective, and businessrelevant adoption of AI & Data across all DI functions Our mission: equip the organization with the skills, methods, lowcode capabilities, and enablement mechanisms needed to adopt AI broadly, safely, and with measurable impact
Your mission will be:
- You work closely with leaders, project teams, and colleagues on organizational development and transformation topics and help develop suitable approaches for concrete organizational challenges.
- You contribute to organizational diagnostics by preparing analyses on organization, collaboration, culture, and ways of working. Together with experienced colleagues, you derive initial recommendations and support the further development of operating models and organizational design approaches.
- You support the design and implementation of measures in strategic change management, communication, learning formats, and workshop design to help change happen effectively and strengthen adoption across the organization.
- You bring an interest in continuous improvement and agile ways of working and support teams in improving collaboration, role clarity, interfaces, and decision-making processes.
- You contribute to topics related to leadership, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness and help shape approaches that strengthen leaders and teams in times of change.
- You help create content, formats, and communication impulses and gradually build your expertise in organizational agility as well as strategic steering approaches
- You work in a context-based, learning-oriented, and iterative way and contribute to making change fit the specific organizational setting rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.
- You develop and establish Communication Concepts and Roadmaps to that support and build the baseline for the Changes
To make a difference, you must have:
Education:
You hold a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, MBA is a plus) in one of the following or a related field:
- Organizational Development
- Change Management
- Organizational Change & Development
- Organizational / Business Psychology
- Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Leadership (with a focus on transformation or strategy)
- IT
Optional:
Additional academic or practical exposure to topics such as organizational agility, digital transformation, or learning & development is considered a plus.
Experience and knowledge:
- You bring experience in organizational development, change management, transformation, consulting, or a comparable environment.
- You are a team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of effectively working across departments to achieve shared goals
- You have experience working in and understanding the needs and challenges and the significant role of IT environments in digital transformation
- You have experience in preparing or facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative formats.
- You are interested in systemic thinking and have a good understanding that organization is more than structure.
- You have initial exposure to topics such as agile ways of working, organizational design, role clarity, leadership, or communication support in change initiatives.
- You are interested in coaching as a development lever at the intersection of People & Skills and Leadership & Behaviors, and ideally have first experience in supporting learning, reflection, or development processes in an effective way
- You are confident in using hybrid and digital tools to support collaboration and learning.
- Optional: Knowledge of Flight Levels, Hoshin Kanri, OKRs, or similar approaches is a plus, but not a must.

You work in a structured, analytical, and learning-oriented way. You collaborate well across interfaces, listen actively, and communicate ideas clearly and appropriately for different audiences. You combine curiosity with pragmatism and are motivated to help organizations develop in an effective and sustainable way.
Willingness to travel:
Mostly virtual Collaboration Concepts but project-related travel possible.
Language skills:
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
