We are looking for a proactive and motivated NetSuite Consultant to support and optimize our finance systems and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with NetSuite, particularly SuiteBilling, and be comfortable collaborating across Finance, Business Operations, and Integration teams.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business analysis skills, and finance process knowledge. The candidate should also be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Fixed- term contract position with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain NetSuite ERP operations with a focus on SuiteBilling.

Work closely with internal Finance users to understand business requirements and provide system solutions.

Handle internal support tickets and user requests related to NetSuite and finance processes.

Collaborate with Integration teams to support and troubleshoot system integrations.

Participate in ongoing finance and ERP-related projects and process improvements.

Manage and track tasks using JIRA and Monday.com.

Support and understand integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce.

Assist with testing, documentation, user support, and system enhancements.

Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP.

Hands-on experience with SuiteBilling is highly preferred.

Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Experience supporting internal business users and ticketing requests.

Familiarity with JIRA and Monday.com.

Understanding of Salesforce and ERP/CRM integrations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or related fields.

Experience in ERP implementation or support environments.

Knowledge of system integrations and business workflows.
