We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Turkish-speaking Content Developer to join an international team in Portugal. This position is ideal for candidates who have a passion for digital content, language quality, online platforms, and content optimization.
As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for reviewing, creating, editing, and improving content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain high-quality content standards and contribute to an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, review, and optimize digital content in Turkish.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Conduct content reviews according to internal guidelines and policies.
- Research and verify information to maintain content integrity.
- Improve content readability, structure, and user engagement.
- Identify and correct language, grammar, formatting, and contextual issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets business objectives.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and data.
- Follow quality standards, operational procedures, and platform policies.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while delivering accurate results.
- Stay updated on content trends, digital platforms, and best practices.
- Native or fluent Turkish language skills.
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience in content creation, content review, content moderation, digital marketing, customer support, administration, translation, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with online platforms, social media, or digital content environments is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using multiple tools and systems.
A comprehensive paid training program will be provided before starting the role. Training is conducted in English and includes:

- 40 hours per week
