Your mission will be…
- As an Organizational Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving the people side of transformation across global initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- You will lead and execute change management activities across transformation programs, embedding OCM strategies into overall project and rollout plans.
- You will design and implement structured change approaches, covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption monitoring, ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
- You will act as a trusted partner to project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, aligning change activities with program objectives and ensuring smooth integration across workstreams.
- You will establish and orchestrate change agent networks, empowering local teams to drive engagement, support adoption, and act as ambassadors for transformation.
- You will lead stakeholder analysis efforts, identify potential resistance, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
- You will collaborate with communication and training teams to design impactful enablement initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, prepared, and confident throughout the transformation journey.
- You will define and track key adoption metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term reinforcement of change initiatives.
- As an advocate for our Shared Services, you will contribute to the evolution of our change management capabilities and identify opportunities to expand our transformation services portfolio.
We are looking for someone with…
- A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
- At least 3–5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation programs, or consulting environments;
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformations (e.g., digital, process, or system implementations such as SAP programs);
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR or similar frameworks);
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training design;
- You act proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented;
- You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Fluency in English is essential.
