About The Role
- Own and evolve the Dyson.com trading plan, coordinating activity to deliver against commercial targets.
- Lead day-to-day e‑merchandising across Dyson.com. Execute promotional activity including campaigns, GWP and vouchers, ensuring best-in-class onsite execution and a consistently premium experience through our CMS platforms.
- Take full ownership of the affiliate channel—defining strategy, managing agency partners and driving incremental revenue through performance optimisation.
- Build and optimise dedicated affiliate-led trading moments, including landing pages and tactical offers.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain to manage stock availability, proactively responding to risks and opportunities across product categories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and central teams to improve trading efficiency, onsite execution and customer experience.
- Conduct daily site audits to ensure accuracy and performance—resolving issues across availability, pricing, broken journeys, search functionality and overall site health.
- Identify and implement merchandising improvements using data, insight and customer behaviour—driving gains in conversion, average order value, product discovery and content effectiveness.
- Work with Owner Experience and central teams to address key customer friction points through targeted content updates.
- Support wider Southern Europe markets on e‑merchandising initiatives where required.
- Monitor sell-out and website performance, contributing to daily trading reviews—analysing results, identifying risks early and feeding insights into future plans.
- Deliver deep-dive analysis across categories, assessing trading performance, traffic quality and customer behaviour to unlock new opportunities.
- Proven experience in digital commerce within fast-paced, performance-driven environments, with a strong understanding of trading and e‑merchandising.
- Solid expertise in affiliate marketing, including strategy, optimisation and partner management.
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and a clear ability to translate data into action.
- Confident using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Clear communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across markets, functions and cultures.
- Customer-first mindset, with a focus on improving the end-to-end experience.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and driven to deliver results.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English (minimum B2); additional European languages are a plus.
