The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process and support our Business Units.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored, effective recruitment strategies. You will assess candidates’ skills, experience, and potential to ensure strong alignment with each role, while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.
Your contribution will be key to meeting the organisation’s hiring needs by ensuring strong candidate-role alignment and effective coordination across teams throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and targeted job advertisements and publish them on the most relevant platforms
- Proactively source talent through professional networks and market-specific channels
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, verifying credentials and assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers
- Communicate application outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams
- Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles independently
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a professional and approachable communication style
- Solid knowledge of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to support decision-making
