Job Description

  • Promote end-to-end quality, from design through delivery, across all delivery roles.
  • Write, coordinate, and execute test scenarios with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze test results and track defect resolution.
  • Manage test data repositories and testing environments/features.
  • Define and automate tests in collaboration with business, product, and technical teams.
  • Strengthen and scale the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) approach, including the use of Gherkin for writing test scenarios.
  • Contribute to the implementation of CI (Continuous Integration) processes that integrate automated testing.
  • Share test results, best practices, and improvement opportunities during Scrum ceremonies.
  • Produce reports on defects, test coverage, defect reopening rates, resolution speed, and other quality metrics.

​​​​​​​Types of testing: Functional, Regression, and Technical Testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Experience in writing acceptance tests, defining test plans, and test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as MSTest, Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, and Cypress.
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues.
  • Knowledge of ticket and work item management tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Operational proficiency in English.
