Job Description
- Promote end-to-end quality, from design through delivery, across all delivery roles.
- Write, coordinate, and execute test scenarios with clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results and track defect resolution.
- Manage test data repositories and testing environments/features.
- Define and automate tests in collaboration with business, product, and technical teams.
- Strengthen and scale the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) approach, including the use of Gherkin for writing test scenarios.
- Contribute to the implementation of CI (Continuous Integration) processes that integrate automated testing.
- Share test results, best practices, and improvement opportunities during Scrum ceremonies.
- Produce reports on defects, test coverage, defect reopening rates, resolution speed, and other quality metrics.
Types of testing: Functional, Regression, and Technical Testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
- Experience in writing acceptance tests, defining test plans, and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as MSTest, Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, and Cypress.
- Experience working within Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues.
- Knowledge of ticket and work item management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Operational proficiency in English.
