Job Description

Ensure the operational management of outsourced work accident/Occupational illness case flows (incoming emails and calls) in order to guarantee:

Compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Fair distribution of workload.
Continuity of case processing.
Achievement of productivity and quality objectives.

Qualifications

Strong command of workflow management and reporting tools (advanced Excel, dashboards, ticketing systems, workflow management tools).
Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
Knowledge of the work accident/Occupational illness declaration process and key regulatory deadlines.
Clear communication skills, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in a BPO production environment.
