Data Engineer

Build Side
As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives in a large-scale international environment:
- Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines to feed enterprise Data Warehouses.
- Develop data integration processes based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain SQL and Python-based data processing solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Participate in data modelling activities and Data Warehouse design.
- Support the implementation of data engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of data and analytics platforms.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Investigate and resolve data quality and production issues.
- Support end-users in the usage of Dataiku and analytics solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of data engineering artifacts across environments.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of data workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project delivery activities.
- Document technical developments and operational procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
You have +2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Integration projects. You are eager to learn, enjoy solving data-related challenges, and thrive in collaborative environments.

This Is Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with ETL and/or ELT data integration processes.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Knowledge of Python and/or PySpark.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts and data modelling principles.
- Experience with Talend, Alteryx, or similar integration tools is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Apache Nifi, Dataiku, and/or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira is a plus.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk concepts is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
