@DSN Contrôle Team

As a Team Leader for our DSN Contrôle Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development initiatives. You will provide technical leadership to the team, guide architectural and development decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong technical expertise, close collaboration with the development team, and the ability to mentor engineers while contributing actively to the codebase.


As a Tech Lead, this will be your responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead the team by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while aligning technical work with business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of the team, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit efficiently into the existing application ecosystem.
  • Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications by writing well-designed, scalable, and testable code, reviewing existing implementations, and supporting the team on complex technical challenges.
  • Code Analysis and Performance Optimization: Analyze existing code to understand performance impact, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Review, debug, and troubleshoot .NET applications, ensuring issues and defects are addressed efficiently and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Project Delivery and Collaboration: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in France to align technical implementation with business needs and timelines.
  • Mentoring and Team Support: Guide and mentor developers, promote development best practices, and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Development Standards and Tools: Ensure the team uses established development tools, guidelines, conventions, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

À propos de vous

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in .NET development, particularly with C#, and solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Technology Stack Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server, React.js, Git/GitHub, and working in Azure environments.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to provide technical guidance, support team members, and lead technical initiatives in a collaborative development environment.
  • Development Methodologies: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, French
