What You'll Do

You will join a team responsible for executing and improving Managing Director and Partner (MDP) equity programs and operations across BCG’s global Partnership. In this role, you will build deep expertise in equity programs while owning key operational processes, supporting complex analyses, and helping strengthen the accuracy, scalability, and control of critical equity activities.


This role combines analytical problem solving, operational rigor, and continuous improvement. You will work across multiple processes and timelines, applying sound discernment while supporting highly visible activities that directly impact senior stakeholders and the Partnership.

  • Execute end-to-end equity operations processes, including transactions, reporting cycles, and annual deliverables
  • Build and improve AI-assisted validation tools to identify anomalies and strengthen output accuracy
  • Maintain and enhance equity models across long-term programs, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reconciliation
  • Prepare and quality-check MDP statements, legal documentation, wires, loans, and distribution materials
  • Run complex analyses to support planning, decision-making, and MDP requests
  • Apply global policy guidance to MDP lifecycle events and equity-related exceptions
  • Contribute to process improvements through automation, workflow optimization, and AI-powered analysis
  • Manage multiple overlapping priorities while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and delivery


What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, audit, or accounting
  • Familiarity with equity ownership models and capital structures
  • Strong Excel skills and fluency across Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using automation and digital tools such as Power BI or Power Automate
  • Ability to structure complex problems and evaluate operational risks
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams


Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Executive Compensation function, which brings together finance and HR capabilities to support BCG’s Managing Directors and Partners globally. PSG operates within the Global Services organization, alongside teams including Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Risk.

You will work closely with the Compensation Operations team, as well as Equity Operations and other sub-functions. The team spans multiple regions and collaborates across functions to deliver consistent, high-quality support to BCG’s global partnership.
