- The IT Tribe Scrum Master’s mission is to drive the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the project while effectively ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external providers
- Facilitate the smooth execution of the outsourcing contract, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external providers
- Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching the project team in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance delivery
- Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration within the project
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external providers, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the timely delivery of contracted services
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or quality
- Collaborate with the project management office and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
- Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a shared sense of ownership among team members
- Continuously evaluate and improve the outsourcing contract management process, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant knowledge and insights into project execution
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and any potential risks or deviations from the agreed-upon scope
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced level of English and Portuguese, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- Software development methodologies and frameworks, particularly Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Outsourcing and vendor management principles, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management
- Project management, contract management, or outsourcing management would be advantageous
- Professional certifications related to Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Ability to manage a project
