About The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join a product team working on digital experiences across web and mobile. You combine a sharp visual eye with a strong understanding of user behavior, and you bring both creative thinking and technical discipline to every project. You enjoy pushing boundaries with new tools and techniques while maintaining rigorous visual and design standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile products
- Create and maintain comprehensive Design Systems
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and clickable MVPs for stakeholder validation and user testing
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients throughout the design process
- Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to improve quality and speed of delivery
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Contribute to shaping the product vision with a strong sense of aesthetics and interaction design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design applied to both web and mobile platforms
- Proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems
- Experience delivering clickable prototypes and MVPs (with Figma)
- Strong visual sensibility and a passion for clean, purposeful design
- Comfort with rule-based design thinking and consistency in visual execution
- Interest in technical experimentation and emerging design tools, including AI-assisted design
- Good English Skills (written and spoken), mandatory
