Support the Corporate Finance Department in the execution and optimization of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) instruments globally, with the objective of improving the Group’s working capital position and cash flow management.
Manage SCF programs with banking partners and vendors across multiple geographies, ensuring robust reporting, forecasting, and alignment with internal functions including Procurement, Legal, Accounting and Treasury.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of SCF programs (reverse factoring, dynamic discounting and other payables finance structures) across the Group’s platforms and geographies.
- Coordinate with banking partners and vendors globally to onboard suppliers and ensure efficient operation of SCF facilities.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of all open SCF positions, including financed payables, maturity dates and associated costs.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts incorporating SCF activity, enabling management to anticipate future funding needs and liquidity impacts.
- Manage and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools providing real-time visibility into SCF performance, vendor enrollment and utilization.
- Prepare periodic reports and financial notes for management, parent company reporting, and annual report and accounts.
- Support budgeting and long-term financial planning processes with accurate projections of SCF costs and working capital optimization scenarios.
- Act as SCF focal point for Procurement, Purchasing, Accounting, Legal and Treasury, ensuring alignment between SCF structures and contractual terms.
- Collaborate with Accounting on proper booking and disclosure of SCF arrangements, including assessment of payable classification under IFRS.
- Explore and develop new SCF instruments and payment alternatives, contributing to innovation in the Group’s financial operations.
- Ensure all activities comply with Group policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration. MBA, master’s in management or advance Degree in Finance, as plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate or trade finance, treasury or similar role, more experience as a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software’s (SAP, TMS systems, Bloomberg...).
- Acknowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Report Standards (IFRS).
- MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, including their structure, valuation and accounting treatment.
- Experience working and/or developing AI solutions for finance as a plus.
- English (mandatory), ability to read, write and speak fluently.
- Spanish or Portuguese appreciated as additional languages.
