The Role

Lead and coordinate accounting and tax compliance projects, with highest standards of quality and accuracy;
Report to management and clients, tax declarations, month end reportings and year end obligations;
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Drive by innovation, identifying processes improvements and implementing best practices across our teams;
Guide and mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and responsibilities;
Actively contribute to the development and growth of our team.

Your profile

Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
More than 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting;
Critical thinking, autonomy, and a proactive attitude towards responsibility;
Fluency in English, other languages are a plus;
Experience in team management.
