About The Job

As a Business Management trainee, your mission will consist in supporting the other Business Managers in some of their current tasks

Your Main Activities Are

Manipulating and formatting the data in order to create reports, as well as maintain current reports
Maintaining accurate Client Contribution and PnL figures
Be responsible for creating/collating presentations for the Top Management committees
Working together with local Business Managers to monitor and follow-up monthly reconciliations regarding our revenues
Managing trading mandates and amending portfolios
Processing headcount files and creating organizational charts and joiner/leaver overviews

Profile And Skills To Success

Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance
Perfect fluency in English
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
Good Excel skills, with an analytical mind-set
Ability to listen and receive feedback
Clearly exhibited problem-solving skills
Autonomous, multi-tasking, fast-learner
Interpersonal and teamwork skills
