Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Offer detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage and document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a remote or multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote or office setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
