Deliver nursing care across the different clinical settings of the clinic
Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards
Document nursing interventions in a timely manner
Promote patient autonomy, empowerment of the patient and their family, and adherence to treatment
Communicate effectively with patients and their families
Participate in and promote initiatives aimed at coordinating different levels of healthcare
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within the scope of professional practice
Record incidents
Promote and participate in national and international research programmes and projects
Support the training and development of other professionals’ competencies
Participate in the management and organisation of the nursing team’s work
Resolve clinical and organisational issues

Requirements:

Degree in Nursing and a valid professional licence
With or without experience in dialysis techniques
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Knowledge of quality systems
Personal competencies: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision-making; Communication; Conflict management; Teamwork
