About The Role
As a Sustainability Support Procurement specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening LIXIL/GROHE’s sustainability initiatives by collecting, analysing, and managing supplier data across global procurement activities. You will support CO₂ Scope 3 reduction efforts, contribute to supplier engagement, and ensure accurate master data across key systems such as SAP, Ariba, and IntegrityNext.
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Albergaria, Portugal, working closely with a procurement team of 16 and a direct working group of 5–9 colleagues. You will collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams across Europe.
What You Will Do
- Data Collection & Analysis Gather supplier information related to sustainability metrics such as material composition, weight, CO₂ consumption, and energy management systems. Prepare structured reports to support decision‑making.
- Master Data Management Maintain and update supplier master data in systems including SAP, Ariba, and IntegrityNext to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination Support technical clarifications and coordinate inquiries between procurement, suppliers, and internal teams. Assist in organising workshops, supplier days, and roadshows to promote sustainability awareness.
- General Procurement Support Contribute to daily procurement activities including RFQs, offer analysis, order placement, price updates, and data exchange.
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Up to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Interest or initial experience in sustainability topics within procurement.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides).
- Knowledge of procurement tools such as IntegrityNext, Ariba, or risk management platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required.
