Job Title: Promotions Coordinator

Department: Global Marketing

Location: Lisbon or Sao Paulo


Role Purpose

The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all promotion requests are efficiently managed and coordinated across multiple departments, including Marketing, Compliance, CRM, FXBO, Web, and Trading.


The role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, managing timelines, supporting campaign setup, and ensuring promotions are launched smoothly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities

Promotion Request Coordination

  • Receive, review, and organize promotion requests from regional teams.
  • Ensure all requests contain the required information before entering the approval process.
  • Track promotion requests through the full lifecycle:Request Submission
  • Marketing & Operational Approvals
  • Compliance Review
  • Development Handover
  • Testing
  • Launch
  • Maintain clear visibility of promotion status and timelines across all stakeholders.

Landing Page & Campaign Setup Support

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing landing page content for promotional campaigns.
  • Support testing of landing pages and promotion functionality prior to launch.
  • Coordinate required updates with Web and Development teams.
  • Ensure all necessary campaign elements are included, such as:Promotional tables
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Call-to-Action (CTA) links
  • Language translations
  • Tracking requirements

Compliance & Documentation Management

  • Ensure all required compliance approvals are obtained before promotions go live.
  • Maintain and organize documentation for:Promotion Terms & Conditions
  • Campaign Logic and Mechanics
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Expiry Dates and Timelines
  • Maintain internal promotion tracking sheets and records for audit and reporting purposes.

CRM & FXBO Coordination

  • Support the setup and testing of promotions within FXBO.
  • Assist with:Bonus campaign configurations
  • Cashback promotions
  • Opt-in and registration pages
  • Promotion eligibility settings
  • Work closely with CRM teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Promotion Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Monitor active promotions and campaign timelines.
  • Ensure promotions are updated, suspended, or removed upon expiration.
  • Identify and escalate issues such as:Incorrect reward calculations
  • Duplicate bonus allocations
  • Landing page discrepancies
  • Technical setup issues

Internal Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the central coordination point between:Marketing
  • Compliance
  • CRM
  • Web Team
  • Trading Team
  • Facilitate clear communication and follow-up to ensure timely campaign delivery.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to review and make minor edits to landing pages.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with FXBO is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of forex and CFD trading concepts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of landing page structures, lead generation funnels, and campaign workflows.
