Responsibilities
Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Contract Junior Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across EMEA, with an initial focus on sourcing and coordination. This individual will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR team to build candidate pipelines, conduct recruiter screenings, and drive recruiting operations across multiple functions.
- Conduct proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS
- Support interview coordination and candidate communication when needed
- Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience)
- Previous recruiting internship or recruiting coordination experience is required , sourcing experience is a strongly preferred
- Good English communication skills, other European languages are preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and multinational environment
